Heathland School are looking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Midday Meals Supervisory Assistants, to join our fantastic SMSA team.
Heathland School is part of The Whitefriars Heathland Federation, a multi-academy trust comprising of two outstanding schools, Heathland school and Whitefriars School in Harrow. Heathland School is a 3-form entry primary school judged to be outstanding by Ofsted 2010 and 2014.
Our Federation of two schools is underpinned by a Values based ethos that helps everyone work together cooperatively with mutual respect. We promote harmony through dialogue and reflection. From the early years to the Year 6 we offer an active curriculum that is designed to engage and excite all our pupils. We take an individualised ‘next steps’ approach to learning to ensure that all pupils make excellent progress.
Our pupils make rapid progress in an environment of positivity and care where expectations are high. Our Values are at the heart of everything we do and we believe that anyone can learn anything when they feel safe, secure and happy.
SMSAs are responsible for securing and maintaining the safety, welfare and conduct of pupils in the dining areas, playground and circulation areas during the midday break period, therefore it is essential that you have experience of working in a school environment.
