Salary: £46,824 – £53,568 depending on experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

The role will be based at Whitefriars School, HA3 5RQ, but will require travel to Heathland School, HA2 9AG.

This is an opportunity for a talented person who thrives on challenge to lead and develop the HR provision at Heathland Whitefriars Federation, a 2 school Multi Academy Trust in the London Borough of Harrow. You will join a dedicated team of staff at the trust who are committed to providing the best possible education for our pupils.

We are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to be our Head of Human Resources to lead and manage a comprehensive and responsive HR and Organizational Development Service for our trust. With a proven track record of working at a senior level, you will ideally be a qualified HR professional with experience across a broad spectrum of HR matters. The role will be fully operational whilst also having a strategic focus: you must have the ability to see both the bigger strategic picture and also proactively support colleagues with bespoke advice and guidance.

The postholder will also be responsible for the trust’s payroll and pension provisions and for leading and developing the small central HR team to ensure that there is a high level of customer focus in all areas of the team’s work.

You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and be a positive role model who will inspire and motivate others.
