Heathland School is seeking a professional and experienced Operations and HR Manager to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with both HR and Operations experience to join our school.

The role will involve:
• Leading on Facility & Property management as well as Health & Safety management of the School.
• Providing effective human resource (HR) systems and procedures which support effective management of personnel.
• Working closely with the Head of HR, Head of Finance/Finance Manager to ensuring the smooth running of the federation’s finance and personnel functions.
• Liaising with contracted HR and Payroll providers

As well as having the appropriate experience, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and be a strong team player. They will also be flexible, self-motivated, able to use their own initiative and have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
